Snow removal and storm clean-up days pose significant challenges for NHADA member locations. The relentless wind and freezing temperatures that accompany snowstorms, combined with the physically demanding task of clearing snow, create tough conditions for the staff. Unfortunately, these winter storms frequently result in a substantial number of employee injuries.

The contest aims to raise awareness of winter hazards and document the extensive efforts made by NHADA members to keep people safe.
How do you participate?
- Review our Winter Weather Safety Guide.
- Share photos of your team using the contest web page taking proper safety measures (or email them to safety@nhada.com).
- EVERY entry wins a prize: gift cards, NHADA apparel/swag, snow rakes, etc.
- The GRAND PRIZE will win a company lunch catered by NHADA at your location!
Last year’s grand prize winner New England Kenworth of Londonderry hosted a great catered party.
New England Kenworth of Londonderry was chosen for its multiple entries showcasing creative ways to keep its employees safe last winter.
Past grand prize winners include Nucar Automall of Tilton, Quirk Automotive, Tri-City Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, Carlson’s Motor Sales, Nashua Outdoor Power Equipment, Tulley Automotive, and Manchester Collision Center.
In an ideal situation, we would have very little snow to clear. However, when winter storms do occur, we highly recommend that our members participate in order to document the incredible efforts they put in to ensure the safety of their employees and customers. This also allows us to recognize and reward those hardworking employees who make it all happen!
