Need Technicians? NOW is the Perfect Time for These Two Programs
The NHADA Education Foundation wants to help your business grow and there is no better way to do that than by teaming up with the Community College System of New Hampshire (CCSNH). The five Community Colleges throughout the state offer excellent Automotive Technology programs and allow shops to work directly with students as they learn necessary skills.

Job Training Grant (Grow Your Own)
Everyone is looking for qualified technicians. Some NHADA members have looked within their own companies for employees to train with good success. So, take a look at your employees to see who might be a good candidate. Your future tech might just be working in your wash bay!
Send someone on your team to a course within the Community College System of New Hampshire, and upon completion, NHADA will reimburse you for half of tuition — it's a win-win for both you and your employee! View application
ApprenticeshipNH
Support your employees by providing them with the education and training to advance in your company. Through the NHADA sponsored apprenticeship, employees will get 2000 hours of on the job training, 2 free community college courses, and support from a fully-staffed ApprenticeshipNH office.
Currently there are two dealerships throughout the state that are participating in the program and NHADA would love to add more. The two participants include Banks Chevrolet and Merchants Auto.
Registered Apprenticeship is a way for employers to grow and retain their workforce. Programs are designed to capitalize on strengths and meet the needs of employers. The ApprenticeshipNH team walks you through the process of registering your program, can assist you with recruitment of candidates and help you find resources to finance your program. Learn More
