The following email message was sent to all NHOST units:
This email is a notification to let you know that one of the changes in the newest software update may need your attention when printing.
The new software requires that a printer problem which keeps something from printing, for example running out of paper in the paper drawer, to be resolved before the system will move on. A message will appear on the unit monitor if a printing problem should occur that will tell you what the issue is. In order to continue with inspections, the printer will need to report to the computer that the problem has been resolved.
This change has been made in an effort to reduce the number of sticker forms that get damaged by printing something other than sticker information on the form.
Also, please remember that it is a best practice to wait for the system to prompt you to insert the sticker form into the manual feed slot before doing so.
