Media Statement – DMO Auto Acquisitions
The following is a statement from the Board of Directors of the NH Automobile Dealers Association in response to the recently announced settlement between the NH Attorney General and DMO Auto Acquisitions:
“The NHADA supports the actions taken by the New Hampshire Attorney General, which led to a major settlement this week with DMO Auto Acquisitions. It is unfortunate to see any business involved in questionable activity against customers, especially in the automotive business, but this settlement is not reflective of the hundreds of sales conducted every day here in New Hampshire.
