NHADA LEGAL DEFENSE FUND The objective of the NHADA Legal Defense Fund is to provide financial assistance to any member of NHADA who is involved in a legal matter that may impact all members of NHADA. This process covers a broad arena of issues, and it is the decision of the NHADA Board of Directors to appropriate funds to requesting dealers. Below are links to the Guidelines established by the Board of Directors to apply for Legal Defense Fund monies, along with a Step Procedure and a Legal Defense Fund Application, which you can download and submit to NHADA.
