Below please find a listing of how members of the NH House of Representatives voted on two bills of upmost importance to NHADA: SB156 (Vehicle Registration at Dealerships) and HB540 (Changing annual inspections to every other year).  The votes highlighted in red were against the NHADA position.  We've also taken the liberty to highlight certain names.  "NV" means "Not voting"; "ITL" means "Inexpedient to Legislate" or kill the bill; OTP means "ought to pass".  Those Reps highlighted in red and double underlined with a down arrow in the next column:  These Reps voted consistently against NHADA member interests and may have actively worked against NHADA interests.  Those Reps highlighted in green and italics with an up arrow voted consistently for NHADA interests or specifically worked to promote NHADA interests.  There are two voting lists.  One list is put in alphabetical order of the Representative's last name; the second is lists the representatives by town. 

          As for the Senate, with only having 24 members, it is easier to simply list their vote here:  Senate Vote on HB 540 (2 year inspection bill):  Those voting to ITL or kill the 2 year inspection bill were Boutin, Bragdon, Bradley, Barnes, Carson, D'Allesandro, DeBlois, Forrester, Houde, Kelly, Lambert, Larsen, Luther, Merrill, Morse, Odell, Prescott, Rausch, Stiles.  HB 540:  Senators who voted against killing the 2 year inspection bill were Senators Forsythe (spoke on floor), Gallus, Groen, Sanborn (spoke on floor), White (spoke on floor and testified against it). 

          SB 156 (vehicle registration at dealerships):  Those Senators voted OTP on voice vote (vote for NHADA's position) were Barnes, Bradley, Bragdon, Boutin, Carson, D'Allesandro, DeBlois, Forsythe, Gallus, Groen, Houde, Kelly, Lambert, Larsen, Luther, Merrill, Morse, Odell, Prescott, Rausch, Sanborn, Stiles and White. Those voting against OTP voice vote (against NHADA's position) were Jeanie Forrester.  The motion to concur with the House amendment to SB 156 was another voice vote, though this time unanimously.
